ZWAN Name Debut, Set Release Date

Chicago-based ZWAN, the new band featuring former SMASHING PUMPKINS mainman Billy Corgan, ex-PUMPKINS drummer Jimmy Chamberlin, former CHAVEZ guitarist Matt Sweeney, ex-SLINT guitarist David Pajo, and A PERFECT CIRCLE bassist Paz Lechantin, have set "Mary Star of the Sea" as the title for their debut effort, due on Jan. 28 through Reprise Records.

The album's first single, the inspirational "Honestly", hit the airwaves late last month and is currently streaming on the band's web site, along with live footage from ZWAN's handful of shows over the past year.
