ZAKK WYLDE Collectible Figure Due In March

November 19, 2004

KnuckleBonz, Inc. announced today their plans to create the Zakk Wylde sculpture for the Guitar Hero limited edition collectible figure series. The Guitar Hero series focuses on capturing the image of legendary musical icons of both past and present in detailed limited edition sculptures.

The sculpture of Zakk, displayed with his signature black and white Bullseye Gibson Les Paul®, is scheduled for release in March of 2005, with pre-ordering available January of 2005. All figures in the Guitar Hero series are limited editions and the Zakk Wylde figure will be very exclusive with only 3000 pieces slated for production. This is an officially licensed product from Zakk Wylde and Gibson Guitars.

"Zakk is larger than life and defines the term Guitar Hero as far as we are concerned. His essential work with OZZY and the latest stuff with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY are played on a daily basis here at KnuckleBonz. Zakk is the real-deal, end of story, and it's a privilege to be able to work with him in the series," says Tony Simerman, President and Creative Director of KnuckleBonz, Inc.

President of Blue Grape Merchandising, Felix Sebacious states, "As Zakk's exclusive merchandiser (and a guitar player myself),I've watched Zakk's stature continually grow to the point where Zakk Wylde is to today's kids, what Clapton, Hendrix, Beck and Page were to my generation. He is truly a modern guitar hero and that's why I am proud to have brokered this deal with KnuckleBonz to give Zakk his place amongst the guitar gods. Strength, Determination, Merciless, Forever!"

Zakk Wylde is well known for his "full-on-metal" attack as the leader of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and as one of OZZY OSBOURNE's most legendary guitarists. Winning the Guitar World's acclaimed MVP two years in a row also attests to his stature as a true reigning "Guitar Hero."

The Zakk Wylde sculpture is currently in pre-production using a team of highly skilled artists to sculpt a remarkable likeness of the guitarist. The limited edition will be cast in a poly-resin and hand-paint in fine detail. Each figure in the Guitar Hero series is hand-numbered and displayed on an attractive wooden base.

Pricing and Availability: The Zakk Wylde Guitar Hero limited edition sculpture will sell for $99 and can be purchased via www.guitarhero.net. Pre-orders will be accepted in January 2005.
