Three years in the making, "xxx All Ages xxx - The Boston Hardcore Film" will finally receive its world premiere be at the Independent Film Festival Boston on Friday, April 27. Tickets will go on sale in mid-April. Screenings details for other cites, as well as information regarding the film's DVD release, will follow in the next few weeks.

Directed By Drew Stone, "xxx All Ages xxx" is a documentary film that explores the early Boston hardcore music scene from the years 1981 through 1984. The community, culture, straight edge and DIY (do-it-yourself) ethic of the time are all explored in the film. Never-before-seen archival footage, photographs, interviews and dramatizations make up the body of the film.

"xxx All Ages xxx" features the music of SS DECONTROL, DYS, GANG GREEN, JERRY'S KIDS, THE F.U'S, NEGATIVE FX, THE FREEZE and DEEP WOUND.
