WORLD BELOW: More Tour Dates Announced

WORLD BELOW, the Swedish band featuring CARNAL FORGE/CENTINEX guitarist Jonas Kjellgren, ex-SIDEBURNERS bassist/vocalist Mikael Danielsson, and CENTINEX drummer Ronnie Bergerståhl, have lined up the following dates during the coming weeks:

A WORLD BELOW track, entitled "The Dissection of an Evil Mind", has been made available for download from this location.

"The Dissection of an Evil Mind" comes off the group's recently released sophomore album, "Maelstrom", available on Austria's Psychedoomelic Records.

The group, who were previously signed to Doom Symphony Records (a division of Italy's Underground Symphony),recorded the CD at Jonas' Black Lounge studios beginning this past January.

Germany Hellion Records has released a limited-edition (500 copies) vinyl version of "Maelstrom" featuring alternate artwork. Check it out here. It is available on both orange and brown heavy (190 g) vinyl (250 copies of each).

A WORLD BELOW/CENTINEX split 7" EP, entitled "Doomed Death Blow", will be released by U.K.-based Conquer Records. Limited to 500 copies, the EP will feature one track each from both bands' latest albums.

WORLD BELOW's debut CD, "Sacrifices to the Moon", was recorded in 2002 and released last August through Doom Symphony. The group's music is being described as a mixture of "CANDLEMASS and early BLACK SABBATH."
