WORLD BELOW Announce New Guitarist

WORLD BELOW, the new band consisting of CARNAL FORGE/CENTINEX guitarist Jonas Kjellgren, ex-SIDEBURNERS bassist/vocalist Mikael Danielsson and CENTINEX drummer Ronnie Bergerståhl, have announced the addition of guitarist Per Nilsson (ALTERED AEON, SCAR SYMMETRY) to the group's ranks. "You will hear [Per's] incredible screaming axe on the upcoming album entitled: 'Maelstroem'," the band write on their web site. "It will blow your speakers to hell (or heaven if you are a Christian woman...) in late March 2005!!"

WORLD BELOW recently inked a deal with Austria's Psychedoomelic Records. The group, who were previously signed to Doom Symphony Records (a division of Italy's Underground Symphony), entered Jonas' Black Lounge studios earlier this month to record their sophomore album, entitled "Maelstroem".

WORLD BELOW's debut CD, "Sacrifices to the Moon", was released last August through Doom Symphony. The group's music is being described as a mixture of "CANDLEMASS and early BLACK SABBATH."
