WHITE LION, GRAVE DIGGER, TANKARD Confirmed For Germany's BANG YOUR HEAD!!! Festival

September 17, 2007

WHITE LION, GRAVE DIGGER, TANKARD and AGE OF EVIL are the first confirmed bands for next year's Bang Your Head!!! festival, set to take palce June 27-28 at Messegelände in Balingen, Germany.

WHITE LION was removed from the opening slot of the POISON / RATT co-headlining summer tour due to a threat of legal action by former WHIE LION guitarist Vito Bratta in connection to the use of the WHITE LION name.

WHITE LION's "The Definitive Rock Collection", a two-disc compilation featuring the band's hit 1987 single "Wait", plus "When Children Cry", "Tell Me", and several rare rehearsal recordings, came out on January 23 via Rhino.

Fan-filmed video footage of WHITE LION performing the song "When the Children Cry" on June 30, 2007 at the Water Stock Rock festival in Des Moines, Iowa can be viewed below.

GRAVE DIGGER will make a one-off U.S. appearance on March 2, 2008 at the Highline Ballroom in New York City. The group's new album, "Liberty or Death", entered the German Media Control chart in January 2007 at position No. 30. This is the second highest chart entry in GRAVE DIGGER's history. The band's "Excalibur" CD debuted at No. 21 back in 1999.
