WATAIN: New Video Interview With ERIK DANIELSSON Available

November 4, 2008

MetalKult.com has posted a video interview with WATAIN singer/bassist Erik Danielsson.

The footage was captured on October 8, 2008, when the Swedish black metal band brought its onslaught to New York City's Knitting Factory, with support from KRALLICE, WITHERED and BOOK OF BLACK EARTH.

Before the show, MetalKult.com had a chance to catch up with Danielsson about WATAIN's 10th anniversary, killing pigeons in Montreal, the end of the world as we know it and more.

Fan-filmed video footage of WATAIN's October 8 performance at the Knitting Factory in New York City can be viewed below (footage uploaded by YouTube user "singevalah").

WATAIN will celebrate its 10-year anniversary by performing a special show on December 6 in Uppsala, Sweden. According to the band, "Both setlist and new stageshow will be crafted exclusively for this concert, which will be the last not only on the tour but for a long time ahead, as WATAIN shall devote the coming year entirely to the crafting of the next full-length album."
