WARRANT: 1991 Headlining Performance Released On DVD

WARRANT are currently selling a DVD of their 1991 headlining performance at the Cajun Dome in Lafayette, Louisiana. Entitled "Bootleg from the Bayou – Live 1991", the DVD is described in the liner notes as "pure old-school WARRANT at its finest. Professionally recorded at the peak of their popularity during the 1991 sold-out headlining arena tour 'Blood Seat and Beers' at the Lafayette, LA Cajun Dome. You get a dose of all the hits that made them famous and then some… icing on the pie, so to speak! Take a first-hand look at the 85-city tour that took four semi-trailers, three buses, 30 crew members, 24768 beers, 172 bottles of Jose Cuervo and 85 bottles of Jack to rage and roll out nightly."

WARRANT entered the studio in February with producer/engineer Pat Regan (KISS, TED NUGENT, DEEP PURPLE, MR. BIG and L.A. GUNS) to begin recording their new album, tentatively due late summer. The as-yet-untitled CD is said to contain "the classic hard-rockin' WARRANT sound that we all want to hear. ('Dirty Rotten Filthy Stinking Rich' and 'Cherry Pie' with a new twist)."

WARRANT's current line-up consists of original members Erik Turner (guitar),Jerry Dixon (bass),Joey Allen (lead guitar),Steven Sweet (drums) and new addition Jaime St. James (vocals, BLACK 'N BLUE).
