WARBRINGER Vocalist Comments on Upcoming Tour With KREATOR

October 15, 2008

Los Angeles thrashers WARBRINGER are currently on tour supporting OVERKILL before heading into the studio to begin recording their sophomore effort and quickly getting back on the road for another year of non-stop live activity.

Aside from the recently announced SOILWORK run, WARBRINGER has been confirmed for legendary thrash act KREATOR's massive North American headlining tour alongside EXODUS, BELPHEGOR and EPICUREAN. The trek will run from early April into mid-May and is sure to be an early highlight for metalheads in 2009!

WARBRINGER vocalist John Kevill comments: "[We're] about halfway through this tour with OVERKILL and so far it's kicking ass. Shows have all been killer and it's been good times all around. Supporting OVERKILL is our seventh and last tour of 2008, and for the remainder of the year we'll be gearing up for the second album and next year's touring onslaught. No rest for the wicked! It's just been announced that KREATOR is touring the states with our friends in EXODUS, and that we are on the tour! Fuck yes! This looks like it'll be a monumental tour for us, and we look forward to seeing you all out on the road."

WARBRINGER's John Kevill (vocals) and John Laux (guitar) were interviewed by Nikki Blakk of San Francisco's 107.7 The Bone radio station backstage before their September 10, 2008 show at Slim's in San Francisco. Watch the chat in two parts below.
