WALLS OF JERICHO's 'A Trigger Full Of Promises' Video To Debut On 'Headbanger's Ball'

September 30, 2006

WALLS OF JERICHO's video for the song "A Trigger Full of Promises" will receive its "Headbanger's Ball" premiere tonight (Saturday, Sept. 30) on MTV2. Filmed by director Dale Restighini (TRIVIUM, HATEBREED, FALL OUT BOY),the clip is consistent with the band's dark sound, filmed in discarded prison cells located deep in the rural countryside of Pennsylvania. "We wanted the video to be full of dark undertones, to match the lyrical theme of the song," said drummer Dustin Schoenhofer, who actually scripted the video. Watch the clip online at this location.

WALLS OF JERICHO is currently gearing up for its Canadian tour with BLEEDING THROUGH, which is scheduled to kick off next week in Quebec City. The band then hits Brazil, then the U.K., and then the rest of Europe on the Persistence Tour with SICK OF IT ALL, MADBALL, COMEBACK KID and more.

WALLS OF JERICHO's latest full-length album, "With Devils Amongst Us All", was released in August. Guitarist Mike Hasty said of the CD, "[It is] the most varied music we've ever written. It's a lot more anthemic whereas our older material was more about aggression than composition."
