W.A.S.P.: Quebec City Photos Available

February 29, 2008

Capitale du Metal has uploaded high-quality photos of W.A.S.P.'s February 26, 2008 concert at Théâtre Impérial in Quebec City, Canada. Check them out at this location.

Alain Gagnon of Capitale du Metal states: "It was W.A.S.P.'s first gig in Quebec City in more than 23 years!!! Last time here was January 1985 with ARMORED SAINT and METALLICA as openers. As they've done since the beginning of this North American tour, they played the whole 'Crimson Idol' album during the first hour of their performance before leaving for more or less five minutes. They then came back onstage to play three classic songs ('L.O.V.E. Machine', 'Wild Child', 'Wild in Texas') plus 'Take Me Up' off their latest album, 'Dominator'. Even though some thought the show was a bit short and lacking some big time tracks, I for one think the band made up for it with their intensity, musicianship and professionalism. The rendition of 'Crimson Idol' with the accompanying video on the screen above was simply something to see and hear."

W.A.S.P.'s latest album, "Dominator", was released in digipack and LP format on October 1 via Demolition Records. The digipack features a special 3D cover.
