VIXEN Unable To Undertake All European Dates Due To RAGNAROCK FESTIVAL Cancellation

July 21, 2006

VIXEN has announced that they will be unable to undertake all the previously announced European tour dates following the cancellation of the Ragnarock Festival in Norway. According to a statement from the band, "the promoters at Ragnarock have announced that they are unable to meet their financial commitments due to problems with their investors, which means that shows booked around this appearance have become financially unviable. However, rather than pull out of the proposed tour completely, VIXEN will still be appearing at the Rock & Blues Festival in the U.K., and the Rock of Ages Festival in Germany. They will also be performing shows in the U.K., linking up with HOUSE OF LORDS. Unfortunately, the other European dates will have to be postponed until later in the year."

The current dates are as follows:

Jul. 28 - Rock & Blues Festival - Derby, UK
Jul. 29 - Rock Of Ages Festival - Stuttgart, Germany
Aug. 01 - JBs - Dudley, UK
Aug. 02 - Underworld - London, UK
Aug. 04 - Rios - Bradford, UK
Aug. 05 - Rock City - Nottingham, UK
