VINNY APPICE Schedules Montreal Drum Clinic

March 1, 2012

Montreal's heaviest and loudest bands will take to the stage once again to battle out in round 3 for a chance to win one of two prized spots on the Heavy MTL 2012 lineup at Parc Jean-Drapeau from August 11 to 12. Round 3 will take place on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Katacombes (1635 St. Laurent) with guest judge drummer Vinny Appice, known for his solid drumming on over 25 recorded albums, many which are multi-platinum and were recorded with influential metal bands DIO, BLACK SABBATH, HEAVEN & HELL, to name a few, along with performing with John Lennon "live" on stage and in the studio at the age of 16.

In other news, the Heavy Metal Music Association Of Canada with ItalMelodie, Evans Drumheads and Vic Firth are proud to present a drum clinic along with a meet-and-greet signing with Vinny Appice at ItalMelodie's Montreal location at 250 Jean Talon East, 3rd floor on Wednesday, March 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the clinic are $15 in advance, $20 at the door and can be purchased at ItalMelodie.
