March 7, 2013

The episode of the popular global television reality show "The Aviators", featuring Vince Neil, lead singer of iconic heavy metal band MÖTLEY CRÜE, can be seen below. The episode follows Neil as he buckles down during a two-week pilot training program. Neil's participation is part of Sennheiser's "Live Your Dream" program, in which this global audio manufacturer encourages students to pursue their piloting inclinations.

Neil broke the mold of a no-holds-barred rock star by submitting himself to the very disciplined and rigorous process involved in flight training.

Sennheiser's "Live Your Dream" campaign is designed to motivate and assist people with a passion for flying to overcome the barriers and begin flight training. Sennheiser is a global audio company and manufacturer of innovative aviation headsets.

Several photos from the training session can be found on "The Aviators"Facebook page.

"The Aviators", which follows the adventures of a group of authentic pilots and aviation experts, launched its third and most intriguing season yet in September 2012. Each of the season's 14 episodes became available to PBS stations across the U.S. every Monday.

"The Aviators" claims a viewership of close to 10 million per week in the United States alone, and the program's producers estimate that its full international viewership tops 30 million viewers per week. When "The Aviators" premiered on iTunes in 2011, it ranked as a top download during its launch week and since then both seasons 1 and 2 maintain positions in iTunes Top 50 Nonfiction TV Seasons alongside shows like "The Daily Show", "Mythbusters" and "Top Gear".
