VICIOUS RUMORS, BEYOND FEAR: New Live Photos Available

As previously reported, the members of VICIOUS RUMORS were interviewed by Doug Troxell on October 21, 2006 at McLaren Park in San Francisco prior to their departure for their European tour. Interviewed were: Geoff Thorpe, Larry Howe, James Rivera, Thaen Rasmussen, and Stephen Goodwin. Watch the interview at YouTube.com.

VICIOUS RUMORS released its new album, "Warball", in the U.S. late last month. Two short samples from "Warball""Sonic Rebellion" and "Mr. Miracle" — are available at the band's official web site.

Released in Europe on October 8 via Mascot Records, "Warball" was recorded at Trident Studios in Pacheco, CA by Geoff Thorpe and Juan J. Orteaga and includes lead-guitar contributions from Brad Gillis (NIGHT RANGER) and Thaen Rassmussen (ANVIL CHORUS). The group's first CD with new vocalist James Rivera (HELSTAR, KILLING MACHINE, SEVEN WITCHES) is being described as "a darker and more aggressive version" of the band's classic "Digital Dictator" album (1987).
