VELVET REVOLVER: Video Clip Posted Online

VELVET REVOLVER's official web site is currently hosting the first of several weekly video clips to be released prior to the release of the group's debut album, "Contraband". Download the first clip at this location.

"Slither", the first single from "Contraband", will go for radio adds on April 12. Listen to the song in its entirety online at this location.

"Contraband", due on June 8 through RCA Records, will include twelve of the more than fifty tracks the band co-wrote before and after vocalist Scott Weiland (ex-STONE TEMPLE PILOTS) joined the lineup last spring. The CD was produced by Josh Abraham (LIMP BIZKIT, STAIND) and mixed by Andy Wallace (NIRVANA, WHITE ZOMBIE, LINKIN PARK, SLAYER, SEPULTURA). Mastering took place on December 19 in New York City.

VELVET REVOLVER finished filming the "Slither" video last weekend with director Kevin Kerslake.
