VELVET REVOLVER: Highland Concert Review, Photos Available

VELVET REVOLVER performed a headlining set at the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in Highland, CA last Thursday (July 27). Check out pictures from the San Bernardino County Sun. Read a review of the show at

VELVET REVOLVER drummer Matt Sorum recently told ABC Radio's ePrep that the band is on track to have its sophomore album, tentatively titled "Libertad", in stores in the spring. No producer has been chosen at this point, but the group has been speaking with Rick Rubin (AUDIOSLAVE, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, SLAYER, SLIPKNOT), hoping to get him to come on board for the project.

VELVET REVOLVER's 2004 debut, "Contraband", was certified double-platinum for sales in excess of two million copies in the United States.
