VALKYRIE To Release Full-Length CD In August

VALKYRIE, the Virginia-based psychedelic stoner doomsters, will be releasing a full-length CD in late August via Twin Earth Records. The album will be engineered and produced at the Polar Bear Lair in Maryland by Chris Kozlowski, who has produced records for PENTAGRAM, SPIRIT CARAVAN, INTERNAL VOID, EARTHRIDE, PENANCE and PALE DIVINE, among others.

VALKYRIE recently released a split seven-inch single with Virginia's VOG. Copies are available for purchase at VALKYRIE's web site: www.thevalkyrierides.com.

VALKYRIE will perform a number of dates in August and September with STARCHILD from Waycross, Georgia. The band have also been confirmed for the second annual Templars of Doom festival on July 8-9 in Indianapolis, Indiana. A live video from a recent VALKYRIE perfromance in Washington D.C. is available for viewing at this location (Windows Media, courtesy of Tubevision.com).
