UNHOLY GHOST Guitarist Has Not Joined BLASTMASTERS

Contrary to a report posted at the BLASTMASTERSweb site, guitarist Jerry Mortellaro is still a full-time meber of UNHOLY GHOST and has NOT "joined the ranks" of BLASTMASTERS, according to a statement released by UNHOLY GHOST. Although Mortellaro had "talked about helping [BLASTMASTERS] out" with their vacant guitarist position, he has yet to play with the group.

UNHOLY GHOST are continuing to audition drummers, and a replacement for Lee "Aantar" Coates (ex-DIABOLIC) will be announced soon.

UNHOLY GHOST is the new band featuring DIABOLIC founding members Mortellaro and Paul Ouellette (vocals/bass),along with original DIABOLIC guitarist and PESSIMIST founder Kelly McLauchlin. The group's debut album, "Torrential Reign", was released in April through Olympic/Century Media Records. The CD was recorded at D.O.W. (Diet Of Worms) studios in Seffner, Florida with producer Juan "Punchy" Gonzalez (MORBID ANGEL).
