UNDUN To Open For ABLOOM In Denver

Denver-based rock band UNDUN have been selected to open for ABLOOM at the Zippo Hot Tour launch show scheduled for June 9 at the Gothic Theatre. UNDUN were among 16 bands selected nationally (out of a total of 300) to represent the local scene in the Zippo Hot Tour contest.

Formed in October 2001, UNDUN describe themselves as a four-piece with a "modern rock band with a dark, brooding sound in the vein of TOOL, DISTURBED, and GODSMACK." 2004 will bring the band's first tour, hitting both the East and West Coast and every place in between throughout the year. Their first CD, "Caged" was released in March 2003 and the next album is due out this year, accompanied by a music video.
