TYGERS OF PAN TANG: UK, Ireland Dates Announced

NWOBHM legends TYGERS OF PAN TANG have scheduled the following dates in the UK and Northern Island in support of their recently released "Back & Beyond" EP:

Feb. 16 - Athens Greece AN Club (NWOBHM Festival)
Feb. 22 - Londonderry The Nerve Centre (Northern Ireland)
Feb. 23 - Belfast Spring & Airbrake (Northern Ireland)
Feb. 29 - Mansfield The Intake Club
Mar. 14 - Blackpool Riffs Club
Mar. 15 - Holmfirth Picturedrome (Huddersfield)
Mar. 21 - Newcastle Carling Academy 2

The "Back & Beyond" EP features two brand new songs — "Live For Today" and "Bury The Hatchet" — as well as three reworked classics ("Hellbound", "Take It" and "Rock And Roll Man"). The EP was mixed by Ben Matthews of THUNDER and released through THUNDER's record label.

TYGERS OF PAN TANG's new album has a working title of "Animal Instinct" and sees the band "go back to their early roots, playing hard-edged rock in the manner of 'Wildcat' and 'Spellbound'," according to a press release.
