TRASHLIGHT VISION To Open For BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION/ADEMA In Northeast Only

September 3, 2005

TRASHLIGHT VISION, the new band featuring MURDERDOLLS guitarist Acey Slade, have posted the following message on their official web site:

"Sorry it's been so quiet around here lately but I've been waiting to make some 'big' announcements. The bad news is that we are NOT doing the entire BRIDES OF DESTRUCTION/ADEMA tour. But we ARE going to do the Northeast dates with them from Oct. 12-22. From there we will do some headline dates in the South and soon head back across the pond to do some touring in the U.K. Here is the fun part: The tour will start on Nov. 30 (Steve's birthday) and end on Dec. 15 (my birthday!). I think we will call the Birthday Blood Bath tour or something like that. More good news is that the CD is ALMOST done. We have to record two more songs to make it a total of 13 songs. I'm not going to tell you what it's called, but here are all the songs that have been recorded and will be on the album: 'Black Apples', 'Horns and Halos', 'Faceplant Pavement', 'I Can't Wait (To Do Nothing)', 'Wanna Be', 'Dead Waves on The Air', 'Screw Worm Baby', 'NOLA', 'Bonzo Goes to Bitburg', 'Sick One', 'Allergic to You'. You will notice that there are 11 songs listed. Just to leave you wanting more — I'm not going to tell you what the last two songs are. But here's a hint: One of the songs should be pretty obvious if you have any of the EPs. The other one is a song we only played one time before, so you won't know that one. We have a photo shoot next week and I'm trying to get the artwork done. Some of it will be done by John John Jesse, my fave artist! Hopefully we will have the CD out here in the States by September 27th and out in the U.K., Europe and Japan by November OR next year. Inside each CD there will be five Golden Tickets that will entitle the winner a trip to the Trashcan.... just kidding. Speaking of Willy Wonka — has everyone seen the posters and trailers for 'Corpse Bride'? Fuck yea! Also at our show on Friday, Sept. 2 we will be filming some video stuff for either a proper 'video' or for DVD stuff. Either way there will be five cameras rolling. It will be at the Continental and will be a special 18-and-over show. We are on at midnight."
