TORTURE KILLER Announces '100% Finnish' Lineup For Upcoming Tour

January 25, 2008

Finland's TORTURE KILLER has issued the following update:

"After a long and thoughtful consideration we've decided to start touring with TORTURE KILLER. Until now we've consciously hold ourselves back and waited for the right time in order to bring forth the line-up people expect to see now when Chris Barnes [SIX FEET UNDER, ex-CANNIBAL CORPSE] is in the band. We've acknowledged the fact that most likely this would be very hard to materialize, and so it has. Therefore we are now operating with two lineups so we can get on tours, including Juri Sallinen on vocals. Sallinen appeared on our 2005 split 7" (Woodcut Records) and has helped us doing random live shows in our home country since 2004 so for us things are like they've been for years now and together we've molded into a properly working live band which we now want to represent to audiences.

"The situation is ideal. With Chris we now have the perfect lineup to write music and with Juri, a lineup we can more easily get on tours...and still be able to perform on a level we want to. So, just to dismiss all misinformation: TORTURE KILLER is 100% Finnish on the upcoming mini-tour with BATTALION and REDRUM INC.

"Hope to see many of you along the way... We're totally pumped up and certain that we have the manpower to deliver the goodies. We do everything in our power to keep the ticket prices low and hope you'll be able to make to the shows in your area."

TORTURE KILLER tour dates:

March 21 - Berlin, DE - K17
March 24 - Amsterdam, NL – The Cave
March 25 - Köln, DE - Underground
March 27 - Wien, AT - Viper Room
March 29 - Esslingen, DE - Komma
