March 5, 2007

South Carolina's THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD has issued a brief in-studio update online at a href="http://www.prostheticrecords.com/tteotd-instudio.html" target="_blank">this location, featuring photos from the first few days of recording the forthcoming album, "Malice". Recording with producer Erik Rutan (HATE ETERNAL, ex-MORBID ANGEL) at Mana Studios in Florida, the band's second full-length effort is currently slated for a summer release through Prosthetic Records and will again feature artwork from Paul Romano (MASTODON, THE RED CHORD) who also supplied the eery visuals for 2005's "Bloodlust". After the album recordings are completed in mid-March, Alan Douches (UNEARTH, SHADOWS FALL) will master the CD while THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD gears up for the band's inaugural European tour later this spring.
