South Carolina's THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD has posted a new song from the band's forthcoming record on the official TTEOTD MySpace page. Titled "Failure in the Flesh", the track will be the lead cut to "Malice", which is due out August 21 through Prosthetic Records.

Recorded with Erik Rutan (GOATWHORE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, VITAL REMAINS), "Malice" marks the debut of vocalist Nate Johnson (ex-PREMONITIONS OF WAR, DEADWATER DROWNING) and is the follow-up to 2005's "Bloodlust".

THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD kicks off a North American tour tonight (June 1) that will run throughout June, serving as direct support to THE RED CHORD, along with DESPISED ICON, ALL SHALL PERISH and SEE YOU NEXT TUESDAY.
