THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD Confirms Late Summer Headlining Tour

July 11, 2007

South Carolina's THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD has confirmed another American headlining tour for August and September, this time featuring support from AS BLOOD RUNS BLACK, Prosthetic Records labelmates BENEATH THE MASSACRE, and ION DISSONANCE. Hitting many places the band hasn't played for a time, this headlining tour is the second domestic outing in anticipation of the band's forthcoming record, "Malice", having already spent June on the road with THE RED CHORD as well as the band making its first trip to Europe earlier this spring.

Recorded with Erik Rutan (GOATWHORE, CANNIBAL CORPSE, VITAL REMAINS),"Malice" marks the debut of vocalist Nate Johnson (ex-PREMONITIONS OF WAR, DEADWATER DROWNING) and is the follow-up to 2005's Prosthetic Records debut, "Bloodlust". Scheduled for an August 21 release, the CD track "Failure In The Flesh" is available on the THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEADMySpace page.

THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD recently finished shooting a video for the track "Failure In The Flesh" in New York with director David Brodsky (GOATWHORE, KYLESA, THE ACACIA STRAIN, GWAR).
