theSTART Prepare To Return To The Road, New Album Due In August

California's theSTART will be returning to the road in July, this time co-headlining with the AKA's. Here are the scheduled dates so far:

Commented the band: "We will be playing songs from 'Shakedown!' the 'Death Via Satellite' EP and our forthcoming album 'Initiation'. Expect a long set!!! We will alternate who closes the shows city by city with theSTART closing mostly on the West Coast and the AKA's closing on the East Coast."

theSTART's new album, "Initiation", is scheduled for release on August 24 through Nitro Records. An MP3 of "Like Days" will be available at the Nitro Records web site.
