THE WILDHEARTS: IN THE CASTLE 2005 Gig To Be Filmed For Upcoming DVD

July 23, 2005

THE WILDHEARTS' headlining performance at the In The Castle 2005 festival on September 17 in the grounds of the U.K.'s Scarborough Castle will be filmed for a DVD and will be a historical event for any fans of THE WILDHEARTS, past or present. THE WILDHEARTS will be appearing with their classic lineup of Ginger, CJ, Danny and Ritch and will be joined at the gig by TERRORVISION, with many more names to be added between now and the day. "The bands we are approaching are all favorites of the fans," promises Ginger, "so the day will be the last word in entertainment. Trust us, this will be worth attending."

The venue can accommodate up to 6,500 people and the all-day festival could be one of the biggest events in the 870-year history of the castle, according to Scarborough Today. Also rumored to be taking part in the event are THERAPY? and BACKYARD BABIES.
