THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND: First 2009 Dates Announced

November 8, 2008

THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND — the UK-based group led by former GRIM REAPER/ONSLAUGHT singer Steve Grimmett — has issued the following update:

"Steve Grimmett is delighted to announce two more dates for the diary. On January 23, 2009, the band will play the XIGAS Festival in Greece which will give the band a great chance to make up to the fans for the cancelled NWOBHM festival which was due this year. On April 25th, the band will also play the fantastic Full Metal Racket in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The guys are really looking forward to playing both festivals and getting to see some old friends. As soon as ticket details, etc., are announced we will share this information with you. Your support in 2008 has been fantastic and we would like to send our sincere thanks to each and everyone of you."

THE STEVE GRIMMETT BAND was interviewed by "Angel Of Metal" at the Rock Of Ages Fest 2008, a charity event in aid of cancer research which was held on September 6-7 at The Asylum in Birmingham, England. Watch the chat below.
