THE MERCY CLINIC To Open For BLACK LABEL SOCIETY In California

THE MERCY CLINIC, the new San Francisco Bay Area-based band featuring former DAMAGEPLAN frontman Patrick Lachman, guitarists Brian Harrah (PROFESSIONAL MURDER MUSIC) and Josh Stinson (DRIST),bassist Steed Najera (TRIPLE SEVEN),and drummer Bevan Davies (DANZIG, COMES WITH THE FALL, JERRY CANTRELL),will be opening for BLACK LABEL SOCIETY and BRAND NEW SIN on the last two shows of their tour. The dates are as follows:

Nov. 19 - Los Angeles, CA @ The Wiltern Theater
Nov. 20 – San Francisco, CA @ The Fillmore

Commented the band: "The show will start an hour before the advertised time and we will be on soon after the designated door time. Sorry for the short notice, but we just got the news ourselves. If you already have tickets, get there early. Set times and more details to follow."

As previously reported, THE MERCY CLINIC will be performing at the Blank Club in San Jose, California on Saturday, December 3. Also appearing on the bill will be DIVIDED and FIGHTING JACKS.

THE MERCY CLINIC will be contributing a song to the EMG Pickups' 30th-anniversary CD sampler. Other bands expected to appear on the CD include MUDVAYNE, MACHINE HEAD, HATEBREED, THE HAUNTED, FEAR FACTORY, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, CHIMAIRA, SHADOWS FALL, SOILWORK, GOD FORBID, LACUNA COIL, DARKEST HOUR, A DOZEN FURIES, MANNTIS, ILL NINO, HOSTILITY and EDDIE OJEDA (TWISTED SISTER).

THE MERCY CLINIC, who are currently unsigned, have demoed over an album's worth of material, including such cuts as "Numb" (mp3),"Drag Me Under", "We're Only Human", "The Day the Sun Refused to Shine", "Let It Burn" (mp3 clip) and "Can I Become Me?" (mp3 clip).
