THE MEADS OF ASPHODEL: All Things Bright and Sh*t

December 5, 2006

U.K. black metallers THE MEADS OF ASPHODEL have a brand new unreleased track included in the Decemeber issue of Terrorizer magazine. Titled "All Things Bright and Shit", it is an homage to the Christmas single done "MEADS style." The band is also featured in the "Hard of Hearing" section of Terrorizer, being tested on their heavy metal knowledge.

THE MEADS OF ASPHODEL released a mini-CD, entitled "In the Name of God, Welcome to Planet Genocide", this past summer via Firestorm Records. Lyrically woven around "the slaughterhouse nature of human cruelty and cancerous existence upon a world rotting in bloodletting and religious oblivion," the CD once again featured Alan Davey (HAWKWIND) on bass and Mirai (SIGH) on keyboards.
