THE LIZARDS Working On New Music With 'Special Guest Star'

THE LIZARDS, the band featuring Bobby Rondinelli (BLUE ÖYSTER CULT, RAINBOW, BLACK SABBATH) and Mike DiMeo (RIOT),have posted the following message on their official web site:

"How about this heat? Well, it isn't stopping us from making music! Besides, we are keeping cool in our underground lair at Electric Randyland Studios. We are hard at work coming up with new and exciting ways to enhance your listening pleasure. One such way is to include a special guest star. But if we tell you who it is we will have to kill you! Another way is to write songs that push the boundaries of good taste. And yet another way is to bring out some of the live performances from the past year of touring. All of these things are in the works. Not to mention a new website which, I'm told, is close to fruition. So, while it may appear that we are taking time off to smoke cigarettes and drink sun tan lotion, we are really making more organized musical chaos!

"UFO tour — success! We want to thank all of you who came out to the UFO shows. God Bless America! We had forgotton how much the U.S.A. ROCKS!!! It was great seeing old friends and making new ones. Keep in touch!"

THE LIZARDS were touring in support of their recent critically acclaimed CD, "Cold Blooded Kings".
