THE HELLACOPTERS Mainman Talks KISS On Swedish TV

January 8, 2009

According to Kiss On Fire, KISS was played and mentioned several times earlier today (January 8) on national Swedish television during the 30-minute documentary on the Swedish rock band THE HELLACOPTERS called "Dom Kallar Oss Artister".

KISS has always been THE HELLACOPTERS mainman Nicke Andersson's (also ex-ENTOMBED drummer) favorite band and in this TV special, he talks about his all-time favorite album "Rock and Roll Over".

A short clip from the documentary can be seen below.

The last four shows ever by THE HELLACOPTERS, which were held on October 25-26, 2008 at Debaser Medis in Stockholm (the group played two shows per day),were webcast in high definition on MySpace.

The group's "final" studio album, a collection of covers entitled "Head Off", was released in April 2008. The CD, which entered the Swedish national chart at position No. 4, was once again produced by Chips Kiesby (THE NOMADS, SATOR, THE TURPENTINES) and mixed by Henryk Lipp.
