THE HAUNTED Confirmed For Spain's ELECTRIC FESTIVAL

Swedish thrashers THE HAUNTED have been confirmed for the Electric Festival, set to take place May 30-31 at John Lennon Auditorium in Getafe, Spain.

The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

Friday, May 30:

THE HAUNTED is putting the finishing touches on the material for its new album, tentatively due in the fall via Century Media Records. The follow-up to 2006's "The Dead Eye" will once again be recorded at PUK studios in Denmark beginning on April 1, with the vocals sessions scheduled to take place at IN FLAMES' IF studio (former location of Studio Fredman) in Gothenburg, Sweden. Working songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Walk on Water", "Final Regression", "You", "Faultline" and "Narcotic".
