THE DUSKFALL To Enter Studio In August

July 21, 2003

Luleå, Sweden-based THE DUSKFALL will enter Dug-Out studios in Uppsala, Sweden on August 18 to begin recording their sophomore album, due in November through Greece's Black Lotus Records. The band are "still rehearsing and working on the new material and now 7 songs are completed," reads a post on the group's web site. "The result is above all expectations and the music will be a bit darker and more aggressive than before."

THE DUSKFALL's debut album, entitled "Frailty", was also recorded at Dug-Out and includes guest appearances by ex-DARKANE/current SEETHINGS vocalist Lawrence Mackrory and "guitarist from hell" Magnus Olsson. The forthcoming album will be the group's first with new guitarist Joachim Lindbäck, who replaced previous axeman Glenn earlier this year.
