THE DARKNESS Announce New Album Title, Release Date

THE DARKNESS have set "One Way Ticket To Hell... And Back" as the title of their much-anticipated second album, due on November 28. It will be preceeded by the first single from the record, "One Way Ticket", on November 14.

The follow-up to "Permission to Land" will be THE DARKNESS' first release with new bassist Richie Edwards (ex-ONION TRUMP),who replaced Frankie Poullain in June. For the past two years, Edwards has toured extensively with the band as their guitar technician.

THE DARKNESS frontman Justin Hawkins' solo project BRITISH WHALE recently entered the U.K. single chart at No. 6 with its cover of the 1974 hit "This Town Ain't Big Enough for the Both of Us" by SPARKS.
