THE AGONIST To Headline Montreal's VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE

February 6, 2008

THE AGONIST will headline the Valentine's Day Massacre in Montreal, Quebec on February 23 at Café L'inconditionnel. Also scheduled to appear are THE CATALYST, and SYNASTRY, among other acts.

A THE AGONIST e-card is available, featuring video messages from vocalist Alissa White-Gluz discussing the meaning behind each track on the band's debut CD, "Once Only Imagined", along with their first music video for the track "Business Suits and Combat Boots", shot by renowned director David Brodsky (ALL THAT REMAINS, GWAR, THE RED CHORD). "Once Only Imagined" tackles some of society's biggest issues, including animal testing, drug abuse, eating disorders, environmental protection and man's inhumanity towards man and animals. The band's ultimate goal, though, is simply to encourage people to think for themselves.
