TERROR: In Writing Mode

December 21, 2009

Los Angeles hardcore/metal band TERROR is currently writing material for its fifth album, "Keepers Of The Faith", tentatively due next year.

The past twelve months saw TERROR tour relentlessly across the world a number of times over in support of its highly acclaimed latest CD, "The Damned, The Shamed".

The band will kick off the New Year with a massive North American run, dubbed "The Mosh Lives II Tour", with EMMURE, AFTER THE BURIAL, MISS MAY I and THICK AS BLOOD.

Commented frontman Scott Vogel: "It's crazy to think that at this point TERROR has been around for about eight years. I guess after this year we have been around the world four times, recently adding Hawaii and Southeast Asia to the places we've played.

"The Atticus tour and the 10 For $10 tour were really wonderful, letting us clearly know that the U.S. is still solidly behind us.

"We are finishing up the year writing for our new LP, 'Keepers Of The Faith'. I guess we kind of are a real band at this point as we prepare for our fifth album.

"EMMURE is taking us out again in January and then off to Europe with MADBALL, DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR and CRUEL HAND."

TERROR's latest full-length album, "The Damned, The Shamed", was released in June 2008 via Century Media Records. The CD was produced by Chris "Zeuss" Harris, who has previously worked with HATEBREED and SHADOWS FALL, among many others.
