TARAXACUM Hard At Work On 'Rainmaker'

April 27, 2003

TARAXACUM, the group featuring former STEEL PROPHET vocalist Rick Mythiasin, EDGUY bassist Tobias Exxel, drummer Franky Wolf, ex-HAGGARD guitarist Danny Klupp and ROUGH SILK/AXEL RUDI PELL keyboardist Ferdy Doernberg, are continuing work on their sophomore album, "Rainmaker", due in the fall through MTM-Metal Records.

"Eggi and I are back in the studio hard at work on my vocals, and I must inform you it's brutal!" Rick writes on the band's official web site. "My pipes are getting the workout of my life! These new songs will have many layered vocal harmonies and hooks that will be infectious! I don't want to sound like I'm boasting, but I am amazed at what I am producing with my voice. This is what I have always wanted to do, but was never given the opportunity to do. It's a lot of work and sometimes frustration, but thank God for Eggi and Norman's patience with me. I'm going to be here in Germany another extra 3 weeks to ensure that this will be the best vocal performance of my career!"

Among the tracks set to be included on the upcoming CD are the following:

01. The Red Pill
02. Prayer In Unison
03. Game Over
04. Wake Up
05. If I Had Known
06. Make It Happen
07. In The End
08. Never to Return
09. Rainmaker
