TANKARD Frontman Interviewed On 'Heavy Metal Thunder' (Audio)

DJ JC Green of Metal Messiah Radio's "Heavy Metal Thunder" show recently conducted an interview with vocalist Andreas "Gerre" Geremia of German alcoholic thrashers TANKARD. You can now listen to the chat using the audio player below.

TANKARD's 30th-anniversary album, "A Girl Called Cerveza", will be released on July 27 via the band's new label home, Nuclear Blast Records. The CD was recorded at Studio 23 in Frankfurt with producer Michael Mainx (ONKELZ, DER W, DISBELIEF, D-A-D).

A trailer for "A Girl Called Cerveza" can be seen below. The five-and-a-half-minute clip features footage that was filmed at the official listening session for the CD, which was held in late April at Studio 23 in Frankfurt, Germany.

TANKARD's fourteenth studio album, "Vol(l)ume 14", was released on December 17, 2010 via AFM Records. The limited-edition digipak version of the album included a bonus DVD containing footage of TANKARD's performance at the 2009 edition of the Headbangers Open Air festival, which took place July 23-25, 2009 in in Brande-Hörnerkirchen, Germany.
