SWITCHED To Preview Tracks New Album Tonight On MAD ALT RADIO

January 7, 2006

SWITCHED will be appearing live on Mad Alt Radio tonight at 11:00 p.m. EST/8:00 p.m. PST to preview tracks from their forthcoming new album, "Ghosts in The Machine". Joe Schigel from SWITCHED will be appearing on the show to talk about the album and preview the new material for fans. Fans can tune in and listen live at www.idobiRadio.com.

In other news, SWITCHED have announced their first live performance in over two years. The band will be performing live at the Odeon Concert Club in Cleveland, OH on Feb. 28 for the "Ghosts in the Machine" CD release party, with special guests ALLELE. This will also be both a very sad, and special night as not only will this show mark SWITCHED's return to the stage, but it will also serve as a swan song for the Cleveland’s Odeon. After spending over a decade as one of Cleveland’s premier venues, the Odeon will close its doors for good on March 1.

SWITCHED will release "Ghosts in the Machine" this coming Tuesday, January 10, through Corporate Punishment Records. The album is a two-disc set, with the second disc containing various b-sides, rarities and live tracks. "Ghosts in the Machine" is the follow-up to the band's 2001 Immortal/Virgin Records debut, "Subject to Change", which went on to sell nearly 100,000 copies worldwide, and saw the band touring with SEVENDUST, FEAR FACTORY, SPINESHANK, and MACHINE HEAD and stints on Warped Tour and Ozzfest 2003.
