SUPERJOINT RITUAL: New Video To Be Shown On 'Headbanger's Ball'

July 25, 2003

SUPERJOINT RITUAL's video for the track "Waiting For The Turning Point" will be premiering on this weekend's edition of MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball", co-hosted by SLAYER.

"People have been waiting for Philip Anselmo to sell out for years," the SUPERJOINT RITUAL frontman said in a recent interview. "It won't happen. This is the most terrifying live band out there, period. We give [the audience] no chance to hardly catch a breath. Every SUPERJOINT RITUAL song is crushing, is brain destroying, but on top of that, they're songs as well, not just noise for the sake of being noise. To see the entire front row screaming every lyric while people are landing on top of their heads, boots in their faces ... that feels great, man!"
