SUFFOCATION Enter Studio To Record New Album

Reunited New York death metallers SUFFOCATION entered the studio today (January 16) to begin recording "Souls To Deny", their first full-length release since 1995's "Pierced From Within", tentatively due in April through Relapse Records.

In other news, SUFFOCATION have announced a few shows for their upcoming spring 2004 tour with MORBID ANGEL, SATYRICON and PREMONITIONS OF WAR.

SUFFOCATION's current lineup consists of founding members Frank Mullen (vocals),Terrance Hobbs (guitar),Mike Smith (drums) and Josh Barohn (bass),plus longtime friend Guy Marchais (guitar, formerly of PYREXIA and INTERNAL BLEEDING).
