STONE SOUR: New Audio Interview With COREY TAYLOR Posted Online

An 11-minute audio interview with STONE SOUR singer Corey Taylor, conducted this week by Meltdown of Detroit's WRIF 101.1 FM, has been posted online at this location (Windows Media).

As previously reported, Taylor will be IRON MAIDEN frontman Bruce Dickinson's guests on Saturday, December 30 during Bruce's weekly BBC 6 Music radio show, aptly named "Rock Show". Listen to the program live via the Internet between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (midnight) U.K. time (between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST) at BBC.co.uk.

STONE SOUR's sophomore release, "Come What(ever) May", has been certified gold in Canada for sales in excess of 50,000 copies. The album has shifted 367,000 units in the United States so far, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

STONE SOUR will tour Canada as openers for EVANESCENCE in January.

Live STONE SOUR tracks will appear on the 2006 Family Values Tour CD and DVD, both arriving at the end of next month.
