STONE SOUR Guitarist's MOONSHOT Schedules Dates

January 6, 2009

MOONSHOT, the new band featuring STONE SOUR guitarist Josh Rand and Canadian female vocalist Lindsay Robins, has scheduled the following dates:

Jan. 19 - Bovine Sex Club - Toronto, ONT
Jan. 21 - Mercury Lounge - New York, NY

Commented Josh: "We are going to really get the ball rolling in 2009 to give everyone their first taste [of MOONSHOT]! I'll be heading up to Canada for the next couple weeks to start preparing for our first live shows. I'm very excited to get things going with this great new band. Lindsay, the singer of MOONSHOT, and I are really looking forward to sharing our music with all of you. We're playing our first show January 19 at the Bovine Sex Club in Toronto, Lindsay's home turf. The Toronto show is free to anyone who wants to come by and check us out,. You do have to be 19+ though. After that, we head back to the States so that all of you can check out MOONSHOT too. We will be playing over at the Mercury Lounge in New York City. This one, unfortunately, isn't free. We are keeping it cheap, though, only ten bucks. Can you even get a burger for that in the city anymore? Hopefully you can all make it out if we are coming to your neck of the woods!"

Four songs from MOONSHOT"Blood Red", "Feedback", "Instant Revolution" and "Riptide" — are available for streaming on the band's MySpace page.

MOONSHOT is:

Lindsay Robins - Vocals
Josh Rand - Guitar
Justin Bunn - Bass
Graham Leduc - Drums

STONE SOUR's gold-certified sophomore CD, "Come What(ever) May", is available in a special edition featuring six bonus tracks, four music videos, and a complete concert filmed in Moscow.
