STEEL PROPHET Singer Interviewed For GUNS N' ROSES 'Behind The Music' Special

July 4, 2004

STEEL PROPHET singer Nadir D'Priest (ex-LONDON, D'PRIEST) has issued the following statement regarding the upcoming GUNS N' ROSES"Behind the Music" special, which is set to premiere on VH1 this weekend:

"Hi all, this is Nadir I just wanted to let you know that VH1 Music TV is going to be airing the GUNS N' ROSES story finally. This story has been a very controversial one since there were a lot of people in L.A. to interview and it has been on hold or pushed back among other crazy stuff. I, Nadir, was interviewed for the story, it took a while for them to find me but I was able to hook up with them. As you might know, I had a few run-ins with Axl back in the day, the '80s to be exact, and I also brought in Izzy Stradlin into my band LONDON. This is before GNR. I was approached by a VH1 producer who wanted to interview me. I don’t know exactly what its going to be like but! I am sure I will be in it unless they decide not to use my segment. I doubt it :-)"

"Behind The Music: Guns N' Roses" is scheduled to air on VH1 at the following times:

Sunday, July 4 at 12/11c p.m.
Monday, July 5 at 12:30/11:30c p.m.
Monday, July 5 at 10/9c p.m.
