STARZ Schedules Two Benefit Shows In April

February 9, 2008

Late '70's/early '80's rock group STARZ will play two benefit concerts in early April. The details are as follows:

April 05 - Tower Theater - Fresno, CA
April 08 - The Saddle Rack - Fremont, CA

Current STARZ lineup:

Michael Lee Smith - Lead Vocals
Richie Ranno - Guitar
Bobby Messano - Guitar
Joe X. Dube - Drums
George DiAnna – Bass

In 2005, Rykodisc reissued the four STARZ studio albums on CD, remastered and with bonus tracks. The band made STARZ history by performing at the first Starzfest in New Jersey. In front of their most loyal fans, the band played every song from all four of their classic albums. STARZ also played on the West Coast for the first time in 25 years.
