STAIND Going Back Out On Road In Early 2006

December 21, 2005

Launch Radio Networks reports: STAIND has barely put the tour bus in the garage after the end of the Fall Brawl tour before announcing a winter/spring jaunt for early 2006. The first confirmed date is January 29 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with more dates and all the venues yet to be revealed. STAIND completed its Fall Brawl trek with P.O.D., TAPROOT and FLYLEAF this past weekend, as the band continues promoting its recently released "Chapter V" album.

Meanwhile, STAIND vocalist Aaron Lewis is heading out on his own solo acoustic tour, beginning this Thursday (December 22) at the Turning Stone Casino in Verona, New York. Lewis told Launch that he feels pretty comfortable playing shows by himself at this point. "It's kinda strange," he said. "You would think that it would be uncomfortable because it's just me, but sometimes I'm more comfortable because it's just me, so if I mess up, I'm not disappointing anybody, or I'm not making anybody else look bad except myself, and I could really care less."
