SOILWORK To Film Video For 'Departure Plan'

Swedish melodic death thrashers SOILWORK will be filming a video for the track "Departure Plan" later in the month.

"Departure Plan" comes off the group's most recent album, "Figure Number Five" (2003), which was recorded primarily at Queenstreet Recording (THE DEFACED) in SOILWORK's hometown of Helsingborg with producer Fredrik Nordström (THE HAUNTED, DARK TRANQUILLITY). Drums for the CD were tracked at Dug-Out Studio (MESHUGGAH, IN FLAMES) in Uppsala with Daniel Bergstrand (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, DARKANE, STUCK MOJO).

As previously reported, SOILWORK will enter Studio Kuling in Örebro, Sweden on September 13 with Bergstrand to begin recording their sixth album, tentatively due in early 2005 through Nuclear Blast Records.
