SLOUGH FEG To Release 'Ape Uprising' This Spring

March 2, 2009

San Francisco veterans SLOUGH FEG will release their new album, "Ape Uprising", on May 8 in Germany, May 11 in the rest of Europe and June 2 in USA/Canada via Cruz Del Sur Music. The cover artwork, which can be viewed below, was created by Californian artist Larry Luna.

"Ape Uprising" consists of eight tracks and it is undoubtedly the heaviest release in the band's 20-year history. The band used the usual team for recordings, Justin Phelps and Justin Weis, with the mastering taking place at Traxwork studio.

SLOUGH FEG's current lineup:

Mike Scalzi - Vocals, Guitar
Adrian Maestas - Bass
Angelo Tringali - Guitar
Harry Cantwell – Drums

A vinyl version of "Ape Uprising" will be released by the end of April by the German label Iron Kodex, in a limited edition of 666 copies.
